Yorkshire Dampcourse (YDCWT) and Associated Preservation Systems (APS) are the trading names of Catrake Ltd. YDCWT and APS have been trading from Leeds, UK since about 1975, servicing the requirements of West, South and North Yorkshire for both domestic customers and commercial clients.

Cellar-tec are a well-established family firm dealing with Condensation and Mould Products, and have been trading as Kilrot for 30 years.  Kilrot/Cellar-tec was a founder member of the Basement Living Group.  They are members of the Structural Waterproofing Group.  Mr Dick Dixon holds the CSRT (Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatments) and CSSW (Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing) qualifications.

Kilrot/Cellar-tec carry out basement surveys and issue written reports and estimates for the above works to BS 8102, Code of Practise for the Protection of Structures Against Water form the Ground.
